I had a chance to run home to San Diego for a few days over Christmas. Here are a few pictures from the trip. The first two were from a small town in Texas on I-10 just as the sun was setting. I met John and Cameryn last year. They own a massage and healing center in here in San Diego and are freakishly in love with each other. When they asked me to be their wedding photographer I was more than honored. The wedding was quite an affair. John’s parents offered to hold it on their private estate in Ramona which is about 30 minutes from the center of San Diego. David and Steffany were married on a broody and stormy January day here in San Diego at the ZLAC Rowing Club. The ceremony was positioned so that all the wedding guests could look south over Mission Bay at the clouds rolling in. For a short time before the ceremony we had some incredible glancing light, and we took advantage of that by taking some of the formal (and not so formal) family photographs.
