Baja In Black & White Volume II
This is a folio, a series of 8.5×11 loose images, taken as part of a book I’m working on called Echoes of the Indelible Sea. The project is to document the lives of the fishermen of Baja, and this is a sample of a few of the images from the first part of the project. The photographs were all taken in the Punta Baja area, which is near El Rosario, about 5 hours drive from the border. I wanted to capture the spirit of the people that live and work in the area, as well as document some of their daily rituals.
The photographs are intended to stay together in the folio and looked at as a group. But you may also split them up and frame them if you like. Each photograph is printed on archival permanent photographic paper.
